The Support Desk consists out of a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and a way to submit your questions to us.
A team of volunteers is continiously monitoring the submitted tickets. If they can’t help you directly, they will contact our developers.
After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail and additional information how to monitor progress on your ticket.
